Chad D. Rawn, B.A.(Hons), LL.B. obtained his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto in 2002 and was called to the Ontario bar in July 2003. Prior to attending law school, he graduated from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario where he obtained a B.A. (Hons) degree (1st class) in Philosophy. Since being called to the bar, Mr. Rawn has carried on a very successful practice for his clients across a wide variety of areas of law including civil litigation, family law, criminal law, will and estate planning and immigration law. Mr. Rawn has appeared in the primary courts in the Greater Toronto Area including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Small Claims Court and the Federal Court of Canada. He has also appeared before several administrative tribunals in the Toronto area. In addition to providing legal services, Mr. Rawn is also a Notary Public for the province of Ontario, authorizing him to notarize documents amongst other services. Mr. Rawn is also a member of the Family Lawyer's Association of Ontario.
