AALS hosts the new Department of Technology, Law and Legal Education. The purpose of the Technology, Law and Legal Education Section is to promote science and the communication of ideas, interests and activities among members on how to: (1) use technology to improve teaching; (2) prepare students to effectively use technology in their future learning and practice; and (3) empower students to develop technologies to improve our legal system (including improving access to legal information and services).
